Barbara Neal is our Lead Transcriptionist who is incredibly accurate, excellent at production, and very knowledgeable in English grammar.
She has superior typing skills, an understanding of accents and dialects, and is dedicated to meeting all timelines, and has the ability to make appropriate and superior decisions in the transcription process itself.
